Can I put emojis in my Card Note?
Unfortunately, our card printing process does not support emojis. We can, however, include emoticons such as <3 or :).
I left a note at checkout, but it isn't showing up on my order confirmation. Did you get my message?
Yes, we will see your note if you left it in the "Notes" box when checking out. It won't show in your confirmation, but it does show for us.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Peak seasons like Mother's Day & Christmas can take 2-3 days to process. Once shipped, timing depends on where you are located. Please see our shipping estimate map here for further information.
My order is a gift. I don't want a receipt or any prices.
All online orders include a packing list of items inside, but it doesn't show prices. Items inside of a gift box have price tags removed.
Is shipping included?
Shipping is an additional charge, but orders over $100 receive free shipping!
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
No, our shipping platform does not support multiple shipping addresses. If you would like to send parts of your order to different places, you will need to place separate orders.
How do I track my order?
After placing an order, you will receive two emails. The first is your order confirmation. It should come pretty immediately. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with your tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to generate.
It says that the delivery was unsuccessful, now what?
In the event that a delivery is unsuccessful, most packages end up being returned to our store. When this happens, we will reach out to you to resolve the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we can only ship within the US and Canada. Orders must be placed using a card with a US billing address.
I want to change the shipping address.
If you entered the incorrect shipping address, you can let us know through email. Please include your order number and the correct address. If the package has not yet left our facility, we will make the correction. If the package has already been shipped, we will take note of your changes, wait for the package to be returned to us, and then ship it back out to the correct address. You may be charged an additional shipping fee.
Please note, we are not liable for packages lost in transit due to an incorrect address being provided.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with your items. You may return eligible products up to 30 days after you receive your goods for a refund. While we are happy to refund you for unused products, Belle & Blush does not pay for return shipping. After 30 days we will only exchange your unused products for credit for up to 30 more days. We do not refund the cost of shipping on any orders.
How do I return an online order?
Online orders can either be returned in store or mailed back. If you plan to make a return by mail, please click here. We will provide you with a return label and deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
Can I make a return without a receipt?
Items without a receipt can be exchanged or store credit can be issued.
Can I return used beauty products?
Items that are used such as cosmetics or skincare items can only be exchanged for up to 7 days after the purchase.
Can I return products that I purchased as a part of a Makeup Lesson?
Unused items purchased in exchange for an in store Makeup Lesson can only be exchanged.
Can I return sale items?
Items purchased on sale are FINAL sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
Can I return food items?
Food items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
